Best quality script for 352x240 Bad quality movies!?
 
What is the best script for 352x240 bad quality movies. Im talking about ones with a fps of 15 or even 14. Im very new to this and want to get the best quality I can out of these movies. Thanks :D

i only encode dvds,don't know how to answer you.

@qq,

You can use the scripts posted on the "Current scripts" section of the forum. Try the "VHS" script, which should be appropiate for bad quality captures too.
