Avisynth: create a program that opens an avs file?

I was wondering if there is a way to create a program that opens an avs file and goes though a series of tests and tells you a benchmark that you compare to other avs scripts showing which has more compression and better picture quality. This would be good since it doesn't have to go though an encoder that compresses it (aka codec’s) which will give faster results.

hi ak47..

unfortunately, no. If there was such an app, we'd know about it, cause we
are all trying to figure out how to pefectly computer (predict) the final
encode size and so on.

Also, we would love to have a way to computer the bitrate of a movie source
ie, dvd title, and know the bitrate value required for ALL frames, as this
would be computed into an encoder's final encoding process - a transcoder
with exact bitrate control.

Just the MPEG encoding is too unpredictable.. and add to it, filtering, which
has it's own set of unpredictiabilities too.
