i'm developing a special filter to my pc:
will be called...

results changing the GOP values with same source size:
means:
1,xx,2,1,xx

GOP:
30 :arrow: 2,53mb,pulsing,breathing!

24 :arrow: 2,58mb,less breathing

18 :arrow: 2,70mb,imperceptible breathing

15 :arrow: 2,79mb,imperceptible too.

12 :arrow: 2,92mb,imperceptible too.

conclusion(mine):
only the size encrease with less GOP as posted.
the "breathing" dissapear from GOP 12 to GOP 18.
the quality seems the same,little few differences,
you can see only comparing one with another,
if used "random play" you don't know what GOP was used.

the blocks and "ugly green dark"(oh GOD,only i got this problems)
are the same(seems the same) using each GOP.

then...
what is your recomendations Kwag :?:

Get SansGrip to write the "UnGreen.dll" :idea: :mrgreen: ( Just kidding :!:)
Really I don't know. I think it's a problem with your source :roll:

this is (was) the first dvd that got problems.
i will rip it again to try...if don't got better result,i trash it!
