Best avisynth settings for avi to svcd?
 
I got some High Quailty ZiM episodes in divx format. I wanted to know what the best settings in avisynth are to convert these to svcd format? the divx's are HighQ but still show some small pixelation around lines.
any help is appreciated. thanks.
