Where is this filter? GripFit_YV12.dll

I'm upgrading AviSytnh so I can use the optimal script but I can not find the following filter.

GripFit_YV12.dll

Also when I upgrade AviSynth should I also d/l new filters or are the ones included with MovieStacker compatable?
