Avisynth: Temporal Smoother?
I apologeize if this is in the wrong forum. When I attempt to use the .avs script in tmpgenc I get the "unsupported feature" error. This occurs when I remove the # from the script in dvd2avi and save the .avs file.
I don't have any problems using the .d2v file in tmpgenc, it's just that in reading the posts it seems that using the .avs files are the way to go. I'm using v1.0.4 FitCd and v1.76+ dvd2avi. thanks for all of your ideas and assistance. |
gbon,
Make sure you have AviSynth installed on your computer. Click the link and goto the download site http://www.doom9.net/ and download AviSynth 1.06 under Support Utils. After you download unzip it and read the readme file and that will tell you how to install it. Hope that helps you. |
Yes that had been done. Avisynth registered the whole bit. I was just wondering if the temporal smoother was an internal filter for Avisynth or another external .dll I needed to download an hadn't seen in the documentation.
I will unintall all and try again. thanks |
You could try to use dvd2avi 1.74. I know one of the dvd2avi don't work well with fitcd. I think 1.74 works and 1.76 dosen't. Sorry not at my computer so can't tell you with version works. Other than that I would reinstall Dvd2avi,Fitcd, and AviSynth and see is that fixes your problem. You do have mpeg2dec.dll on your machine and fitcd pointed to it don't you? :?: You can download what you need here http://www.doom9.org/software2.htm#decoders. Hope this helps
