MPEG2DEC3.dll is Not an AVIsynth 1.0 Plugin?

Hi, I try to do a KVCD with optimal Avi Script v4, and I obtain this:

Code:

LoadPlugin:"C:\Filtros\MPEG2Dec3.dll"is not an Avisyinth 1.0 plugin

Somebody know how I get this?

That means that you not have a avs2.5 release ! Upgrade !
