DVCII cannot detect any video signal
 

Hi, there. I recently faced a problem with my DVC II PCI card when I played a VHS tape through VCR to DVCII. The tape contains recordings from TV at LP and SP mode. My DVCII can only detect video signal recorded at LP mode. However, there is no problems playing the SP mode recordings to to TV. Any ideas on what went wrong.
