How to capture TV with Closed Caption?

Hi,

I just curious :wink: whether can we capture TV with closed caption or not?
I means use the video capture card to do that.

I don't think any capture card will capture CC. At least my WinTV doesn't. You need more complex hardware for that. I have a Panasonic DMR-E20 DVD-RAM/DVD-R recorder, and it does record captions from any material that CC is present. Satellite, VHS, etc.
