Dunno if this is the right place but what software was used to create the logos for kvcd

I have no idea :!:
The intro logos were made by different people, and they sent them to me.
I don't know what they used.

You can make it with any video editing software, titles function.
Adobe Premier, Pinnacle Studio, StudioMedia, etc.

There does exist a Logo Filter (not delogo filter) which allows you to put a bmp on a specific coordinate on your video.

These BMPs you can generate with an imaging application like Photoshop.
But the best way is to use a Graphics program like Freehand or Illustrator which do have the most comfortable functions and where you also can safe your graphic directly as Tiff format which also should be supported.

Do use google to get that avisynth logo filter. Or maybe its even listed at the avisynth.org external links page.

xara? (if i remember the right name) a little program to do avis from fonts(fonts with pictures) and pictures in the background with iluminations effects and rotations! anyone remember that?
