But where did you see "Opensource"
Because they have always allowed Solaris to be downloaded, but to be used for trial only, and not for commercial use.
It they released it Opensource, that would mean to be used for whatever purposes.
I can't find anything that talks about opensource.

I didn't found this information on sun site (I didn't search). I found this on my local info site (reliable site).

Edit: As Phil quoted, the same is on my site "will be proposed", so maybe not now, maybe near future.

EDIT2: Sorry. not OS will be opensource, SDK will be (or maybe it is already, I'm starting to be confused). :roll:

I didn't also mention, that full version will be shiped late January :)
... and they realy plan to make it opensource :lol:
