Ebay Seller Auction tracking software
@Anyone,
I've been using "Auction Sentry" to watch bids on my items placed up for auction. It's a trial version, so before I layout $29, does anyone know of a good tracking software. I like to watch the final bidding online and calculate the true costs (Ebay's fees, Paypal's fees, shipping & handling, etc.) for sending an item. So far, most programs are snippers and tracking programs don't have the additional features I would like. :( If there are other useful auction programs, please recommend. :) Thanks -BP |
Hi BP:
No, I do not have any advise to give you, instead, I have questions regarding e-bay. I do have some items that I would like to sell, and it seems that e-bay may be the vehicle to do that, however, do not know how to go about doing it. My question/request: How can I begin such auction process with e-bay? Is this a difficultprocess? I will try to contact e-bay and learn about it, but your advise will be appreciated. Thanks and regards Otto |
@totonho03,
This website has some good free advise, although it deals with rare books. http://www.fadedgiant.net/html/ebay_selling_tips_.htm. I printed each section from this website and summarize the important points from them. Then started with one test item. I have finally learned how to attract buyers and present good pictures, with no shipping rip-offs, clear terms for payment, etc. I created templates that are designed to draw attention to my items. I also, view items like my own, after their auction is over. I figured out why they won or lost. Good Luck :) -BP |
