Memory: Dont know what this problem is with RAM
 

I get that error cannot write to memory and i have it auto closes the program. So naturally i thought it was a memory issue. So tested it with memtest and it reported no errors. I let it run about 4 passes just to make sure. So at this point i am stuck. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be would be appreciated.

Hi,

The problem is with the application, not with the memory.
this error occurs when a program tries to write out of his reserved memory space (in Wxp or W2k, each program 'reserved' his own memory space, and no other program can read or write there).

So you should see more from the application part.

Alright this may not be in the right forum but i am still having odd problems. But i just redid freaking everything on my comp as far as software. Did a clean reformat and put winxp on my comp instead of ol trusty 2k. Well anyways now i get these random restarts. Since i have ran that mem test i knows it now that. My power supply is good i have checked that unless i have two faulty psu which would really be stupid. I am going to install mbm later to make sure voltages are running good and i am going to check all temps through that as well. I know my video card is running near the end of its life cause i have bad textures on even simple games like empire earth. So could a video card cause the restart issue or could it be even deeper than that. Anyways let me know.

Pff, those restart problems are very hard to catch.
I had this kind of problem, and I discover that it was the motherboard (after trying another one, the problem disapears).
But in your case, it could be a lot of thing. If you just reinstall your computer, could be a worm or a security hole? If it's a worm, you can have a look at the log.
If it's a hardware problem, it will be hard to detect (can be memory, hard drive, heat, ...)
