WeatherWatcher desktop weather reports

@anyone,

While looking thru Rainy's Forum for Tips and Tricks, I spotted a this
suggestion from a post for desktop weather forcastes, "WeatherWatcher":

http://www.singerscreations.com/AboutWeatherWatcher.asp

So far, it's Nice :wink: It sits as an icon on the system tray an when
you float your cursor over it, the current weather forcaste pops up.
If you open the active program, it presents you with various forcaste
selections such as long range, weather maps, five day forcaste, etc.
Check it out and see what you think. :)
