Using SSRC as an external audio engine

Hi there,
I was trying to use SSRC as an external audio engine to encode mp2. In under the tap of audio engine in environmental setting, I selected "External program", I located ssrc.exe, but TmpgEnc gave me an error message (I forgot the exact wordings). Would anyone please help me with this? Thanks in advance.

To avoid misunderstanding, my source (both Video and Audio) came from a script (*.avs). I have double checked the script, it was properly opened by VirtualDub, both video and audio were fine.

SSRC is only for samplerate change (48000 <-> 44100). It is NOT a mp2 encoder.

DO YOU REALLY NEED TO POST THIS FOUR TIMES ?
You are posting faster than I'm deleting your posts :-( :banghead:

Normally when you enter in this setting, tmpgenc gives you the only choices it knows. Because you can't provide any tool you want as tmpgenc must know the syntax it has to use to proccess a job with that tool.

Return into the settign and look atr wich choice are given to you. For sure 'toolame.exe" is in the list but there are others.
