DVD2SVCD: dvd2kvcd stops in TMPGEnc
i just burned 2 movies with dvd2kvcd perfect, but now when it gets to the tmpgenc it says line 2 something on the screen and when it goes to CQmatic it says something like project must be save in text format and dvd2kvcd stops please help. thanx
P.S. i put Phil's script in avs script (tried adaptive filter and ma script same thing) then it stopps working then i put the original script back in cause i backed it up and still does not work i even put all the filters where they need to be ( i think). |
Open the file with extension 'tpr' that is generated by dvd2svcd in its working directory. See is it's a text a something unreadable.
That's strange because dvd2svcd ALWAYS generates it as a text file and if it is not, I really don't see where is the problem. A problem with the dvs2svcd version perhaps ? |
im at a different computer but i can tell you that i compared it with the one that worked and it looked the same only a few lines were different.
thanx |
That also what I supposed : this file has no reason to be erroneous.
Check is you don't have forbidden characters in your paths and filemanes (no quote, no double quote, no accent, only letters, spaces and digits). |
i also did bazzy2004's "For All Those People Who Get Choppy / Jerky Playback!! " settings because the first time i got jerky playback with 528x480 then left the settings alone then i did 352x240 and no problem (until now) thanx

ok Phil i just got to the house and compared them again. the only ones that are a like the "TMPGEnc_Project_file.tpr". but "TMPGEnc_Project_file_KVCD.tpr" file is blank (the ones that don't work). thanx

do you still have the dvd2svcd.log ?
if yes, please post the whole log here and the dvd2svcd.ini from the output folder (the folder where you're using to encode(target), not in D2S folder source). yes, it's too big! :) |
sorry jorel i deleted it

then, you need to re start and IF you get errors post that files..no matter where you get errors(if you get), stop D2S process and post that files, ok? :) ...they are our "ray X" to find errors! |
thanx jorel i will try it tomarrow
