KVCD: How to read the MPEG bitrate viewer?
 
Hi didn't know wher to put this :D

I set in tmpge the max to 3500 but when i opened it in bitrate viewer i got a peak of 4131 and a lot over 3500

is this normal or am i just readin to much into it thanx

I just don't really understand

No worries, the bitrate just sometimes goes over the specified maximum. My standalone player has never had any problems with them even when I've used a max bitrate of 2500kbps and knowing the player doesn't like any xVCD format with a video bitrate over 2600kbps.
