dvd shrink no compression on a hybrid dvd ?

I know this forum isin't dvd shrink but just more or less have a basic question converting video

Now i know if we use any type of encoder on these 2 types we need to add something to the script but i used dvd shrink no compression on a hybrid dvd and see problems.

Using dvd shrink shouldn't it be the same as the original

thanx

Not. Even with no compression the stream is still modified by dvdshrink.

Because it doesn't know what to do else :-) DVDShrink is a transcoder.A transcoder trancodes, that's all :-)

No compression just means : do not discard any of the vectors you analyse. But these vectors are still analysed (pictures are processed the same way with and without compression if you prefer).
Test a work with no compression and with compression a its maximum : the time will be almost the same.
