TMPGEnc: "Can't create file" error

i get this error whenever i load an mpg file...

whats wrong? i have tried increasing the priority settings of directshow at the the environmental settings to no avail...

help anyone?

Check if directory of output file exists :lol:

Make sure the hard drive has enough space on it.
