KVCD: I cannot get a smooth vcd?
 
after i encode the mpeg-1 file using kvcd-plus then i copy it to a cd,then when i play it on a vcd player the video move and stop,can any one of you help me. Or it can't play on any vcd player. :(

Nobody can answer your question, unless you provide more details.
DVD brand/model, etc.

i am using a normal vcd player call "audio blast" model no:vcd 555
or is it diff setting on the template for singapore vcd players

I had the same problem with my set top dvd player, using these templates. I found that by making the framerate 29.976 instead of the default 23.976, it fixed my problem of the movie pausing every few seconds.
There is however a downfall. Like Kwag has said before, upping the framerate to 29.976, increases the file size 20+% :roll:

Im not saying that this is your problem or that my solution will help, but your issue sounded familiar, so i figured i'd share the 411. :)
