TMPGEnc: dvd player will only play at 29.97 fps

most of my dvd's i am trying to back up are my kid's disney movies (they seem to scratch them real quick).

anyway...most movies are 75-90 minutes long. i have to use 29.97 as my dvd player will only play at that speed. can anyone help tell me what settings i need to change to fit this type of movie on 1 cd? do i just change bitrate or is there more? i should be considered a newbie. thanks.

What brand/model is your DVD player?
