MencodeME Asymmetric lateral black bands

For those people that have asymmetric lateral black bands problems and are encoding with MencodeMe or with Mencoder.exe, I think that it is a problem of scale, crop and expand values.
Just use Incredible's MenCalc program to obtain correct values.
For 4:3 TV, you must to set overscan 1 or 2 (is up to you), don't mark interlaced resize if your source it is not interlaced, and don't mark 16:9 to 4:3 letterboxed. Be sure that in MencodeMe or Mencoder.exe aspectratio is set to 1.3333.
