TMPGEnc: Cannot open Video Part

I get this Message....

Could not open the video part of the file:(file location) Only the audio part can be opened.

I tried 3 different .AVI files. Same message for each of them.

Any suggestions?

Fixed the problem. Needed the correct codec. New question though. How do I make 1 avi into a SVCD if it wont fit on 1 CD-r. I need to split the file but how...
