Are you doing VCD or SVCD ?
SVCD supports up to 4 audio streams.

With SVCD it's easy if you use bbmpeg to multiplex. How do you process to do your KVCD generally ?

I usaly go form dvd to such a high quality divx file that I cant tell the diffrence. Then use tmpgenc to convert it(I just use the kvcd settings then use a resolution of 480x320 for wide screen movies and audio settings of 41000 audio 128 mp2 but for just voice 112 mp2)Then set it to make a file size of just 800 mb.I know their is prolly a better way of doing dvd.But when it is about 2 gigs in file size (the divx rip) And going to dvd I dont think I could make it look much beter but if I can TELL me please. :)

Note: If you have the DVD, using the divx as source is a complete nonsense !

Stop thinking and do it once. You will quickly make your own choice like this ;-)

For your multi audio need you first need to understand how to do audio appart from the video. I mean by using an audio encoder like besweet or headc3che to encode the audio in mp2.
Then you encode the video only with tmgenc. And finaly you make the mpeg from the audio and the video with bbmpeg. This last tool allows you to add 2 audio track in case of SVCD.

What do I use to go straight form dvd to (s)kvcd? Also a divx video at quality setting of 8000 dont look too bad but any better quality is appricated.

But any encoding gives you lost quality. If you encode from DVD to KVCD it's only one encoding. With DivX two.
