TMPGEnc: P3package.dll missing

When i want to launch tmpgenc, he sent me an error message saying that he can't load the P3package.dll.
If somebody know how to resolve this problem, i thank him.

What processor do you have?

Oh thanks for reply but i have found the problem: it's just because programm files were not all in the same location.
I have tried to lunch the porogramm but at the end i have a movie who is about 115000KO but when i want to lunch it on my computer, i just have a black screen.
I will try to do it again in order to see if something changes.
