KVCD: WHERE and HOW to use the templates?
 

kwag,help please!!!

i use dvd2svcd to make my movies....it's exelent.
in doom9 forum,i see about kvcd,and go for the page.
read and download all the pages of the tutorials.
read everything lot of times.
BUT,I DON'T UNDERSTAND NOTHING!!!

i don't know WHERE and HOW i use the templates.

Hi jorel,

You can't use DVD2SVCD with the current KVCD ( PLUS ) templates.
The reason is that DVD2SVCD uses CQ mode for TMPEG, and the latest KVCD templates, the PLUS, use CQ_VBR mode. So until DVD2SVCD gets updated to use selectable encoding modes, you'll have to use the traditional way:
DVDDecrypter, DVD2AVI, FitCD, TMPEG.
