blend of interlaced-progressive material?

After transforming the film for MPV (MPEG-2) to do KDVD, I open in VirtualDubMod, and most of the frames is like this:

Is this wrong, it is not?

The source is DVD (Matrix, Reloaded and Revolutions).

I put forced film in all in DVD2AVI, because one is FILM, another is NTSC and the other is larger Film than 95%...

After me to put Pulldown, I open the video in MediaPlayer Classic and it is giving a "punches" constantly, after tranformar for VOB (with DVDLab) it continues of the same way. And after tape recorder in DVD-R and played in DVDPlayer/TV continues giving some punches, only that less constant in relationship when played in PC.

Another detail, when do I open VOB (after being compiled) in DVD2AVI, and do I press F5, In Frame Type, is it constantly blinking Progressive/Interlaced without stopping, is this right?

My English is not very good, I hope you understand.

Thank you.

Hi Ginoboy, many films has a blend of interlaced-progressive material.
Take a look:

In first link there are other interesting links.

But the source is not Iterlaced/Progressive when I press F5 in DVD2AVI, only when I open MPV with pulldown in DVD2AVI that is like this. The source is normal as any other one. I made a test with a DivX (AVI) and same thing happens, the "restraints", "punches" continue after applying the pulldown. A video with pulldown is not for Iterlaced/Progrssive to be when open in DVD2AVI, right? How is it for being? Progressive?

Thanks. :(
