KDVD: Uses Widescreen or not?
 

Hi all,

I've got a little question. When encoding a kdvd with a 16:9 source, should I make the destination also 16:9? Or should I leave it 4:3?

Or doesn't it make any difference?

If you will look at them on a 16:9 TV (or a 4:3 set that can switch in 16:9 mode like mine) then do them in 16:9. The result is a lot better.

Else, no, encode it in 4:3 as encoding in 16:9 ask for more bit and you don't have any benefit for doing taht.
