KVCD: De-Multiplex won't work in TmpGEnc?
 

De-Multiplex wont work in Tmpeg, it stops at 20% on the video.

Is there any other program that can also do this?

Yes there is.
There is bbtool 1.9 that comes with bbdmux.exe .
You'll find it in the software download section of doom9 site.
But I'm affraid that if tmpgenc didn't work bbdmux won't work too.
You probably have a problem in your mpeg file.
But try it anyway.

You could also try PVAStrumento, it has a demux function.

By experience : if the demux stops then the source is corrupted. Any other tool will fail at the same point.
