You just need DVDlab, it accepts non standard dvd resolutions like 480 x ... ; 528 x ... ; 544 x ... into mpeg1 or mpeg2 (for mpeg1, change the .m1v to .mpv) etc ... , if your audio is 44Khz, turn it to 48Khz (mp2 or ac3 : use besweet ...) and that's all !! it's not a kvcd burned on dvdr but a non standard DVD ... many standalone accepts its ... Just try this wonderfull program i love
Cheers

Yes, that is the main problem. Some players won't accept the non-standard resolution even if DVDLab does...
And it warns you of that fact ;-)

Yes, the program seems pretty cool.
Pitty that the muxing engine seems to suffer some issues.
Luckily for us, most stand alone players don't mind such issues :D

Warning : chances a really poor to have something that accepts MPEG ONE at other resolution than VCD one.

Wrong Phil ! (or not fully right ...)
All my kdvd are 3 films or 2, mpeg1 544x576, and it run on a lot of standalone. I tested it on a very old Sony that doesn't accepts CDr audio ! and all my Kdvd are allright !! Right now i have no rejet on ~ 20 different standalone. Just take a kdvd in mpeg 1 and test it in a hifi video market on all standalone connected ... you'll be surpise
And rds_correia, problems on muxing engine of DVDlab are inexistant since DVDlab beta 8 PRO (yes i miss it, i work on DVDlab PRO, standard's some bugs).
Cheers
