Using KVCD matrices in CCE?
 

Kwag, are your matrices created for low bitrate encodes? I was wondering whether they would be useful in some low bitrate SVCDs or are they just working well in your templates :?:

Hi Boulder,

The matrix was created and tuned on TMPEG. I never tested it on any other encoder. I never tried it on CCE, because CCE doesn't allow long GOP's, so it would never achieve the small file size that we get encoding with TMPEG.
