KVCD: CQ Matic text format error?

When when I tried CQ Matic it says the project file is not in TEXT format??

what does this mean??

I saved it with TMPGEnc too

When you save the project in tmpgenc, you can choose between two format : the defulat one is binairy, you MUST select the "tmpgenc text project" format before to clik "ok".
