KVCD: video scrolls, skips?

Okay, I've frinally fixed my prob. I had last night. (I had DVD2AVI 1.77. oops) Anyways, my new problem is when I burn a cd with the video on it and i play it in my Panasonic DVD-RV31 player, it skips about every 3 seconds. It's slight and you mainly notice it when the video scrolls. But this isn't present on my computer. here's what I did.

Smart Ripper
DVD2AVI
Frameserved from VDub, Filters: Vobsub and Deinterlace
TMPEG encode w/ KVCD+ 352x240 template.
Muxed w/ TMPEG

The video on computer is fine. When I used DVD2AVI i selected forced film. (Because It's an anime series and their tv broadcast. and then I deinterlaced and encoded at 23.95 fps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've tried 2 burners at multiple speeds. same result

and I've done KVCD+ encodes beofre and they haven't fdone that.

*Sigh*

Thanx,
