TMPGEnc: Encoding stops at 22% and locks up
 

Hi all.

I unfortunately am a newbie to TMPG and have experience the following problem.

I am trying to save a Divx file onto 2 x CD-r so that they can play on my Toshiba SD 2109 standalone DVD.

I have downloaded the KVCD template KVCD-CQ-352x288-_PAL__mcf.htm and loaded it into TMPG 2.57. Everything seems to be proceeding well until the programme gets to 22% when it locks and does not continue. This has occurred 3 times and I'm a little bit lost as to what to do next. It always seems to occur at number 80165 (frame I think).

I did get a write error once at address 77F5215C of module ntdll.dll but this means nothing to me.

I am on Windows XP.

Can anybody help please?
