KVCD: Oversized mpg file at the end of conversion?
 
im convertion 2 avi files to skvcd, im using this guide:
http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13391

at the end of conversion the final file size is 830mb and i cant fit it into 80min CD, whats the problem ?

Demultiplex, reencode audio to al lower bitrate (160 -> 128 or 128 -> 112) and multiplex it again.

one more quastion, in the guide it shows thet he burn a 850mb file with overburn, how can it be ?

I advise you don't confuse yourself:

One thing is, for example, as your file, 830 Mb. Or is it 830xxx Kb and you think that is 830 Mb?
If yes, I say no as 830xxx Kb are 810 Mb aproximately. Then your file can fit a CD80, maybe without overburn.
If you file is really 830 Mb, I think that maybe Nero can overburn it in a CD80, as almost supports 82/83min. For do that, you need to configure Nero in file, preferences, miscelaneous (or advanced), check permit overburn and in main tab set your max CD length (red mark) in 82.5 (or maybe 83, it is related with your media)

In that guide I don't see any 850 Mb reference:
