KVCD: small squares all over the screen?

i wanna convert a 2 part movie, when i watch the movie on any of my players is all good, but in virtual dub / MPEGEnc i see small squares all over the screen ?

This part of the forum is like a FAQ.
We're not supposed to post here unless we've seen a problem happening with some folks and we know how to cure it.
