CQ_VBR mode

Does not work anymore in last CQMatic :-(

I didn't even check or do any tests with CQ_VBR, as I gave up on CQ_VBR a long time ago :lol:
I don't do any 352x240 encodings anymore, and that's really where CQ_VBR works best.
I'll put that on top of the TODO list for the next revision.
I'll probably work on CQMatic again this next weekend, and I'll fix that ;)

I did not also but yesterday I decide that a TV show that I have do not merit a DVD and has to go on a CD (I have still 50 CD to burn).
The problem is... this is a 3h long fullscreen material :-D

Currently CQMatic find a CQ about 51. I'm working on it :-D
