CQMATIC wont open tpr project saved as .txt
Itried to guide it to the folder that its in but its olnly looking for tpr files & I can even see the .txt project that I made.
I see it through explorer but not CQMATIC 8O

Lol. When it is said 'save project as text', it does not mean 'give .txt as extension for the filename' !

Tmpgenc can save its project (the .tpr file so) in two format : binary and text ! These are both .tpr files ! You have to select the format when you save the project (in the 'save file' dialog box)
