KVCD Encoder - No longer needed

No need for this to happen.
Too many encoders now, so we might as well concentrate on advanced techniques and tools, as we always have.
And now that there's HC encoder, which is just about the best free MPEG-2 encoder out there, we really don't need to reinvent the wheel :D
