VCD image Audio is out of sync!
 

Hi Mr Noob here, Ive got a few KVCD's off the internet and found wen i burn them with Nero 7 at 4X the sound is out of sync.. Is this error to do with my computer or the persons who encoded it's error? Ive also noticed that playing KVCDS with VLC media player it makes poping noises...Please help Ta...
