HC Encoder for SVCD ?

Hi,

Is it possible to make SVCD with HC or is it for DVD only ?
If the answer is b), will HC be able to make SVCD in the future ?

I'm making a svcd with HC as we speak 8)

Just be sure to use avisynth to resize to 480x480(576) and adjust the
bitrate and dc accordingly.

I couldn't open my avs with dc prec on 9.

BTW, don't forget to adjust the GOP size if you want to make a kvcd.
