converted avi movie picture is not sharp?
 
I dont know what you call this problem, but everytime i converted my avi movie. the video picture is not sharp.

That's an interlaced movie...
You got to deinterlace it.
BTW that doesn't look like a TV captured movie.
Sounds to me like you're dealing with warez sources :(.

Honestly this source from dvdrip.
Whatever source i used (dvdrip or hdtv), the final result is the same.
