KVCD: simple guide for an amateur?
 

hi, i have been trying for the last few weeks to succesfully make a kvcd from avi file aswell as mpeg1/vcd to fit into one cdr, but still cant figure out how to do that, though i've got tmpgenc installed with kvcd template copy to the folder as require, but the size is always too big to fit one cd and i am not verse in script as i can see is what many people are talking about. but i will be much happy if anyone could please give me or direct me to a simple guide for an amateur like me to succesfully make a kvcd from avi and convert my 2vcds to kvcd. thanks

First, we don't discuss AVI (DivX/Xvid) to KVCD/KDVD conversions. That's clearly posted on the top of the forum.
As for guides, did you check one of the many guides that are available on the front page, at www.kvcd.net on the right side :?:

For the toppic "cconverting VCD to KVCD", if you already managed to do that but you just have a problem of size of the encoded file, then you need to look at "CQMatic" :
