Is there a tool that splits mpv files?

I have a video that I accidentally appended out of order in V-Dub and just found out after I encoded it! I don't want to wait another 8 hours for CCE to encode again. So I was just wondering if there was a tool that can split an mpv file?

-Thanks

Use TMPGenc tools

Actually, it can handle mpv but output as mpeg with an empty audio stream that you will have to demux afterwards.

You can use cutermaran also that let you cut on a frame basis, not a GOP like tmpgenc.
