the bitrate tab change the final size?
i try to join a few music clips(100mb).

Because DVD2SVCD uses file size prediction, no matter what bit rate you use for MAX, the final file size should be approximately the same. The only difference would be the quality. If your movie is a very high action type, the quality will be worse, because more bitrate would be used on these scenes and the overall quality would suffer. So the two most important factors are movie play time and MAX bit rate used.
