TMPGEnc template/Parameters for 352x240 Mpeg2 KDVD

Is there a TMPGEnc template or certain perameters for a KDVD encoded at 352x240?
There only seems to be a template for Full D1 and Half D1, not 352x240 MPEG2.

Simply load any one of them and change manually the resolution to the one you want.

And we're talking about DVD.
Please note that KDVD is basically a DVD using The Notch matrix.
