HCEnc: HC Encoder and Multidecimate()
Cannot run HCEnc with following script for Fraps avi's .

HCenc can't handle framerate that are not standard, and yours is 29.5914.
Tmgenc is abble to take "that" and change the framerate to the one of your target, but not HCenc. Add a "Assumefps(29.970) in the end of your script and that should be correct. |
