audio sync problems

hello

im not sure if dgindex is the problem but im editing a vob and making d2v and the audio seems to start .5 secs earlier

maybe is because im deinterlacing a 29.97 source so goes back to 23 fps and then using HCenc pulldown? i dont have to touch the 29 fps audio when doin that right?

im using dvdlabpro for authoring

thanks

if the delay is constant, then is it not because of the framerate.
Logically DGindex indicated the delay to apply to the audio stream in the file name. It's not the case for you ?

yeah, i load it to belight, software that claims to recognize the dgindex delay so i did not move anything

maybe do it manually?

what do u mean with constant delay?

Constant like not increasing during the movie.
I don't use belight so I can't tell but verify in the setting if the delay is set or not. Else do it manually.
As I mentionned, the value to set is indicated in the filename of the audio stream demuxed by dgindex.
