KVCD: What is the best template for 120 minutes?
 
For a 352x240 KVCD what is the best template for quality???
The Plus or the LBR with the rate control mode settings adjusted?

HI KingTuk,

Use the KVCD LBR template. You'll get ~120+ minutes of amazing (VCD) quality, and around ~180 minutes lower quality than a VCD, but still good and perfectly watcheable.
