How to edit the TMPGEnc project file?

Hi,

how does one edit the TMPGEnc project file so that I don't have to use an integer in the CQ_VBR value? I've got a movie in which the file size prediction indicates that the correct value would be between 25 and 26. It seems that the file is a binary one so I wouldn't want to touch it with Notepad 8O

Thanks.

Hi Boulder,

Why don't you just enter "25.5" as CQ_VBR?
The field does let you input floating point values ;)

load the template u want then click load again then go to the extra folder in the templates folder and click on unlock then click ok, this will unlock everything in the template.

Heh, stupid me

I should have noticed that the field can be edited manually and not just by the up and down buttons. Thanks!
